Steve began mastering the trade under his father when he was a teenage boy. By his early 20's he took over the family business and began mastering the business side of site-concrete. In 2006 he broke off on his own and formed SJ Grigolla, his first solo-venture.

Stephen Young - Project Manager
Stephen graduated from Cal Poly Pomona in 2012 with a BS in Civil Engineering. He started working for SJ Grigolla during college and became part of the family. He is responsible for bidding/sales, project management, and a little bit of everything else.

Alexa Grigolla - Account Manager
Alexa is Steve's only daughter and the next generation of SJ Grigolla family. She oversees all accounts and handles our company payroll.

Brandy Perez - Office Manager
Brandy Perez is a new addition to the SJ Grigolla family and quickly became an essential part of the operation. She oversees all things in the office including billings, insurance, accounts receivable, etc.

Robert Galarza - Crew Leader
One of our senior foreman, Robert A.K.A Beto has been working along side Steve for over 20 years. Beto is our Jack-of-All trades, and can handle anything project we give him.
Juan Galarza - Crew Leader
One of our senior foreman, Juan A.K.A Panes has also been working along side Steve for over 20 years. Juan is especially great and complicated and structural type projects.
Abraham Romo - Crew Leader
One of our senior foreman, Abraham A.K.A Abe has been working along side Steve for over 10 years, and is our go to foreman for paving.
